Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use Trackalat, wherever your business is based. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your staff accounts.
  • The account owner controls staff access, branches and billing.

Plans and billing

  • Trackalat has three paid monthly plans: Solo, Starter and Business. Businesses in Nigeria pay in naira (NGN), with 7.5% VAT included; businesses in every other country pay in US dollars (USD). Your currency is set from your business's country when you sign up.
  • In Nigeria you can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD; everywhere else you pay by card.
  • New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card needed. When the trial ends, you choose a plan to keep using Trackalat.
  • If your trial ends, or a paid plan is cancelled or not paid within 7 days of its renewal date, without a plan in place, your account becomes read-only: you can log in, view and export your stock, history and reports, and contact support, but you can't record or edit stock and alerts are paused until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
  • Paid plans renew monthly through Paystack until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Plan limits (such as the number of products) are enforced in the app. If you go over a limit after moving to a cheaper plan, existing records stay but some become read-only.

Alerts

Trackalat sends alerts to help you act before goods expire. We work hard to deliver every alert, but delivery by SMS, WhatsApp and email depends on third-party networks. You remain responsible for checking and handling your stock.

Your data

Your stock data belongs to you. You can export it at any time and ask us to delete it. See our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

Trackalat, including its software, design, screens, text, logo and name, belongs to Trackalat and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription lets you use Trackalat for your own business. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or rent it, build a competing product from it, or try to reverse engineer it or extract its source code.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to access other businesses' data, or use alerts to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do.
