- Works on any phone
You get this list at 7 AM by WhatsApp, email or SMS.
Sound familiar?
Hundreds of small packs
Tablets, syrups and creams with tiny printed dates, spread across shelves and the store room.
Several batches, several dates
The same drug arrives in different batches, each with its own expiry date and lot number.
Money lost to expiry
Every expired pack is stock you paid for and can't sell, and it has to be pulled before a patient gets it.
How Trackalat helps pharmacies.
Snap the pack
Point your phone at the label and Trackalat reads the expiry date and batch number. No squinting at tiny print.
Every batch tracked
Record each batch with its lot number and expiry date, so you know exactly which packs to pull.
Alerts before it's too late
Get alerts 15, 7 and 1 day before expiry by WhatsApp or email, and SMS on Business, every morning at 7 AM.
Return to supplier in time
See short-dated stock early and print a return note while your supplier will still take it back.
Low stock reminders
Set a low stock level on fast movers like paracetamol, and know before you run out.
Staff without cost prices
On Business, technicians record stock for their branch; only you see costs, money at risk and billing.

Can Trackalat track batch and lot numbers for each drug?
Yes. On Starter and Business you can record several batches of the same product, each with its own batch number and expiry date, and Trackalat alerts you for each one separately.
Can it read the expiry date from a drug pack?
Yes. Tap the camera button when recording stock, take a photo of the label, and Trackalat reads the expiry date and batch number for you to check. It works on any phone and is free on every plan.
Can my pharmacy staff record stock without seeing my prices?
Yes. On Business you can add staff and branch managers. Staff record deliveries and handle alerts for their branch, but never see cost prices, money at risk or billing.
Does Trackalat connect to my pharmacy POS?
Not yet. Trackalat works alongside your till: you record deliveries when they arrive (or import them from Excel), and it watches the expiry dates and stock levels for you.
