Sound familiar?

  • Too many products to check

Walking every aisle and chiller to read dates takes hours, and things still get missed.

  • Short-life goods

Yoghurt, bread and juice can go from fine to expired in days, so you need to know early.

  • Losses you can't see

Expired stock quietly eats your margin, and most owners never know how much it costs each month.

How Trackalat helps supermarkets.

  • Record deliveries fast

Type a delivery in two minutes, snap the date on the pack, or upload the Excel sheet you already have.

  • Cartons and pieces

Buy in cartons, sell in pieces. Set 1 carton = 24 once and Trackalat keeps your stock in pieces.

  • Discount in time

Each alert suggests a discount, so you sell short-dated goods instead of throwing them away.

  • Every branch, one view

On Business, track each branch and store room with its own manager, or see them all together.

  • Money at risk

See how much stock is at risk by branch, category and supplier, and how much you saved this month.

  • Low stock alerts

Set a level for best sellers and get reminded before the shelf is empty.

The plan most supermarkets start with.

Questions from supermarkets

Can I import my stock from Excel?

Yes. On Starter and Business you can upload an Excel or CSV file. Trackalat finds the columns, checks every row, and records the whole list at once.

Does it work for several branches?

Yes, on Business. Add each branch with its manager, give staff access to their own branch, and see everything together or one branch at a time. The activity log shows who did what in each branch.

How does Trackalat help me sell before expiry?

Every morning at 7 AM it alerts you about items expiring soon and suggests a discount for each. When you mark an item as sold, discounted or returned, your reports show the money you recovered.

Does Trackalat connect to my POS or till?

Not yet. You record deliveries when they arrive and mark items as sold or discounted when you act on an alert. Trackalat focuses on expiry dates, stock levels and the money at risk.
